Principal's Message: The Global Amazing Shake edition!

While I do hope that each family is taking advantage of some R-&-R for Spring Break, I did want to send out a quick Principal’s Message this week. If you haven’t already, check out our Official KMS Website to find all our Principal’s Messages. Last week’s message had some important information for each family.
I wanted to take a quick moment today to send out some cool news about one of our very own students, Lucia Jolokai. Lucia just wrapped up an intensive multi-day competition through the Ron Clark Academy. RCA is a non-profit 4th-8th grade campus located in Atlanta, Georgia. The school, besides being a beacon for growth and development of the whole child, hosts an annual event, The Amazing Shake. The Global Amazing Shake is a culmination of students from across the globe who have shown incredible abilities to remain composed under pressure. Through a series of competitions, a select group of students are invited to the Ron Clark Academy where they compete in tasks/challenges that allow the students to demonstrate poise, class, engaging verbal/non-verbal communication, confidence, and so much more. Lucia, KMS 8th grader, has each of those traits in spades, and we have public video proof to prove it!
