Have you heard the news? MS. Harris-Boring, KMS 6^th grade educator extraordinaire returned from a world-wide leadership conference in D.C. earlier this week. She spent last week engaging in leadership development, research-based action planning, and while at the conference she was announced as the DoDEA 2025 Teacher of the Year. This is huge honor, as it recognizes the excellence that she represents as a teacher, a colleague, and an amazing person. In fact, this distinction is representative of not just the 65,000+ students in DoDEA schools, but also the 11,800+ employees, the 161 schools, 3 regions, and 9 districts spanning across the globe. We are incredibly proud to call her a KMS Knight, and we are incredibly proud of the excellence that Ms. Harris-Boring represents. Want to know more?
