Students, parents, families, and friends of KMS, happy Wednesday to you!
In preparation for Thanksgiving, welcome to Installment #2 of “Jason’s 4 weeks of Thanks”. Join me in honoring some recognizable folks:
Today, I am thankful for the brave men and women who have honorably served their country, past and present. It is not lost on me or our staff the honor we have to serve the military community. The sacrifices that you make each day does not go unnoticed, and we are thankful for each active-duty service member, their families, and all prior service veterans! Moms, dads, guardians, thank you for your service!
Today, I am also thankful for Ms. Daisy Stanford. This week is National School Psychologist week, and Ms. Stanford is among the best in the business. As the KMS School Psychologist, she supports our students and staff through providing expert guidance, social skills support, and so much more. Raising children is a full-time team effort, and we are all thankful to have an amazing School Psychologist like Ms. Stanford on Team KMS!
Let’s check in on what’s going on at KMS:
Ms. D’Angelo, Assistant Principal extraordinaire and I utilize 3 simple guidelines to support successful students. As such, KMS will be honoring our students next week who have embodied the spirit of these guidelines. To accommodate the number of students and limited seating, we are keeping these as internal celebrations rather than opening it up to families. A successful Knight….
Reminders:
KMS Proud!
Jason
